Before Smartphones became trending around the globe, the only brand which ruled the mobile phone industry was ‘NOKIA’. Nokia was the king of mobile phone industry because Nokia phones are very durable, affordable & offers a tremendous battery life. Which no smartphone gave till today. But after the shut-down of Nokia in 2014, everyone was missing Nokia a lot. Now today, Nokia made a comeback with there first ever Android powered smartphone, ‘Nokia 6’. Right now we can’t say that this is the exact same Nokia which we had in the past, as the HMD Global bought the rights of Nokia & used Nokia branding only, even the manufacturing plants are also of HMD Global. So let’s have a look what specs we will get with Nokia.
This Nokia 6 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 octa core processor clocked @ 1.4Ghz coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. This phone comes in an aluminium unibody design. It also sports a 5.5” Full HD 1080p display with 2.5D gorilla glass on top. It also packs 4GB RAM & 64GB of internal storage. Regarding camera, it has a 16MP rear camera PDAF, f2.0 lens & LED flash. For selfies it has 8MP front camera with 84 degree wide angle lens & f2.0 lens.
The Nokia 6 will come with Android 7.0 out of the box with Nokia’s custom UI. It packed a 3000mah battery, so we have to see how this battery will do as Nokia was famous for the insane battery life. It also has dual amplifier speakers with Dolby Atmos support which gives 6dB of sound output resulting in high voice level, deep bass & crystal clear clarity. It has micro USB port for charging & data syncing, however everyone expected type C port.
Nokia 6 is launched in China and will be available exclusively from jd.com . No information on availability in other regions. It’s priced at 1699 Yuan ($245/Rs.17000).
