YouTube the world’s most favourite video viewing platform, has updated with a cool new feature. With the update, the app allows users to skip the video by 10 seconds. The new feature will work by double tapping on the right or left side of the screen while watching a video.
With the new feature you can double tap on left or right side of the screen, if you want to move the video forward or backward. YouTube has rolled out the new feature in the app version 12.03, and the update hit on the Play Store yesterday. The new update also allows you to triple tap and quadruple tap, if you are fast enough to move in 20 seconds or 30 seconds.
The feature for YouTube app is really welcome one, with this feature user can skip videos without any problem. On PC we can use mouse to move the clipping, but on phone it’s difficult to move the video with finger. And now you can hover the video timeline to see what’s happening at which part of the clip.
So, what are you waiting for it to Google Play Store and update the YouTube app right now to skip videos by double tapping.
