So it’s less than a week for the official unveiling of Mi Mix 2, most awaited phone of Xiaomi. That’s because rumours are there that this Mi Mix 2 will be made available globally unlike last year’s Mi Mix, which was just a public prototype and was available in very limited quantity. Coming back to the main topic of this article, a rendered image of Mi Mix 2 got leaked, and an official announcement is also here by Qualcomm. So let’s have a look at both of them.
1st let’s talk about the official news. Qualcomm has officially announced that Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is going to be powered by their current flagship processor Snapdragon 835. Well that’s not a big matter of surprise but recently we got a leak which claimed that Mi Mix 2 will come with unannounced Snapdragon 836 processor. So it’s clear that the previous leak is fake. Actually that leak was looking fake as Qualcomm hasn’t teased anything about this processor.
Now coming to the leak, a rendered image of Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 got leaked which shows the bezel-less design of this phone. In this leak notice that the bottom bezel is the thickest as compared to other sides, but still looks very thin compared to other phones. On the right side of bottom leak you will notice the front camera. If you are thinking that other sides don’t even have any bezels as seen in the image, then you are wrong as these rendered images generally aren’t 100% accurate. You will find minor differences between rendered image and actual image.
