Recently, we updated a report which suggested that the new Mi MIX 2 may launch on September 12 but at that time there was no official word came. However, now Xiaomi has officially confirmed the unveiling date of the device. And the device will be unveiled one day ahead from the date of the leaked report, which means the device will be unveiled on September 11.
Xiaomi has announced the date by sharing an image which shows the silhouette of the device, and the silhouette suggests that the device will have the front camera below the display. The device will also have bezel-less design, and the fingerprint scanner will be located at the back side of the device because at front side there is no space to deploy the scanner.
The company will unveil device in China on September 11, and there is no word about the launching in other parts of the world. So, let’s wait for more information about the device in coming days.
