At IFA 2017 event, Sony unveiled three smartphones; Xperia XZ1, Xperia XZ1 Compact and Xperia XA1 Plus. And now the company has launched Xperia XA1 Plus in India.
This Xperia XA1 Plus sports a 5.5” Full HD 1080p IPS LCD display with 401 ppi. But do note that it has scratch resistant glass, no Gorilla Glass protection here. It comes with MediaTek’s Helio P20 octa core processor clocked at 2.3 Ghz with Mali-T880MP2 GPU. It has 4 GB RAM variants with 32 GB of internal storage with support for expandable upto 256 GB via MicroSd Card.
It has 23MP rear camera with f2.0 lens, PDAF, and single LED flash. For selfies there’s an 8MP shooter f2.0 lens. Both cameras can record videos up to 1080p at 30fps. It also features 4G connectivity, along with Fingerprint Scanner on power button, ClearAudio+, Smart Amplifier, Clear BASS.
It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. To power up the phone a 3430 mAh battery is packed which comes with Pump Express 2.0, Sony’s fast charging technology.
Pricing and availability of the device:
- The device will be available in Blue, Black and Gold colour options.
- It is priced at ₹24,990.
- The device will be available starting September 22 via Sony Center and major electronic stores across the country.
