Xiaomi the Chinese brand which is now equal market share in India with Samsung, now the Chinese company has announced its third manufacturing plant in India. Earlier the company opened its plants in Andhra Pradesh, now the new and third manufacturing unit has been setted-up in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Xiaomi has joined its hand with the Hipad Technology and the new manufacturing plant is dedicated for power banks only, which means in this plant the company will only produce or assemble their power banks. And the Mi Power Bank 2i will be assembled in the new manufacturing plant, and the unit has the capacity of 7 Power Banks in a minute.
The Mi Power Bank 2i will be the ‘Made in India’ power bank, (as it will be assembled in the soil of the India) and it will have two variants – 20,000 mAh and 10,000 mAh capacity. Speaking about the Mi Power Bank 2i, the 10,000 mAh capacity features a double anodized aluminum design with 14.2 mm thickness. Moving to the 20,000 mAh power bank, it offers a polycarbonate case with a perforated exterior which gives an extra grip. It also has a conversion rate of up to 85% and sports Quick Charge 3.0 technology.
Pricing and availability:
- The 10,000 mAh power bank is priced at ₹799.
- The 20,000 mAh power bank is priced ₹1,499.
- Both the power banks will be available from 23rd November via Mi.com, Flipkart, Amazon India and at offline stores.
