It is important for communication, documentation and other meaningful purposes, but sometimes, using it becomes unhealthy when it’s too much and too wrong.

Your smartphone offers good things, and it can actually help you get fit and be healthy too. Maybe you just don’t know or don’t mind, but it can really do — not directly but at least in some friendly little ways! Here are 4 ways your gadget can be with you as you achieve your fitness goals:

You are not doing the routines and sequences in wrong order but rather in managed instructions.
