The popular Chinese smartphone brands are stepping into the laptop segment and in the latest development, we got a new piece of information which says that Poco is all set to launch its new laptop in the market of India very soon.
According to the latest information, the Chinese brand Poco may introduce its laptops in the market of India as the battery gets certified. Redmi G laptop’s battery is certified with the Poco branding which means the upcoming Poco laptop will be rebranded version of the Redmi G laptop.
Specifications of Redmi G 2021
The newly unveiled Redmi G 2021 gaming laptop features a 16.1-inch display with pretty thin bezels and the device offers up to a 144Hz refresh rate. The laptop is powered by Intel and AMD, the Intel variant is coming with the 11th generation Intel Core i5-11260H processor with 16 GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
On the other hand, its AMD model is powered by the Ryzen 7 5800 processor along with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. The laptop is running on Windows 10 out of the box and it is believed to receive the new Windows 11 soon.
Redmi G 2021 is also coming with Hurricane Heat Dissipation 3.0 system and that is coming with dual fans and four outlets for expelling heat. It is worth mentioning that the heat dissipation system of the AMD variant of the new laptop also features copper heat pipes.
Talking about the battery department, the Redmi G 2021 intel variant features a 180W power adapter while the AMD model coming with a 230W power adapter. The latest laptop also features Wi-Fi 6, DTX: X Ultra Sound, full-sized backlit keyboard, Xiao AI smart assistant, Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, and support for Xiaomi game box.
