After launching the first smart glasses in 2021, now the social media giant Meta has officially introduced its second generation smart glasses called the Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses.
It comes with the ability to live stream directly to Instagram as well as Facebook and the smart glasses feature a 12MP ultra-wide camera. The camera of the device is capable to record 1080p videos up to 60 seconds.
The Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses will also enable you to store around 500 photos and 100 30-second videos as it comes with up to 32GB of internal storage. The captured videos syncs through the Meta View app that will let you share those moments with other social media applications.
Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses comes with the power of a Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 processor along with IPX4 water-resistant. It is also said that the second generation device is 50% louder than the first generation. It also comes with directional audio as well.
The Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses offers up to 36 hours of battery life and it comes with USB-C.
We don’t have any information about the pricing of the device but it will be available for purchase from October 17 in multiple countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, and throughout Europe.
