The latest version of WhatsApp Beta 4 Android 2.23.24.6 is testing the capability to forward and backward video with buttons on both left and right side.
Having these buttons on the top of the video will help us to easily forward or backward a particular video and you can reach a particular point of a video easily to view it again.
The feature is currently testing between limited users only at the moment of time but we believe that WhatsApp will be releasing the new feature very soon in the stable version.
