Following the overwhelming success of the Amazon echo, Alibaba has developed their own version of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to replicate Amazon’s success in China. This move from the company was a much expected one as they always wanted to cash in on the vast Chinese market.
Not much has been revealed about the specs and the design of the product. All we can presume is the device will come with built in Artificial Intelligence with support for regional Chinese and mandarin voice commands. There are plans to integrate shopping by voice command as well much like Amazon’s echo.
The AI product was most probably developed by Alibaba’s own R&D team as they’ve the arsenal to pull off any invention. Let’s see how does the Alibaba’s invention fair among the Chinese population.
