The popular mobile chipset maker MediaTek is currently working on its next-generation flagship processor dubbed the Dimensity 9400 and today the important details of the mobile processor appear online. The reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has reported that the upcoming Dimensity 9400 mobile processor will be coming with a 19.3 per cent increase in performance over the previous generation and it will be coming with the Immortalis G9xx series of GPU on the board.
The upcoming chipset will be depending on ARM’s CPU and GPU architectures this year as well and the Dimensity 9400 will benefit from TSMC’s advanced 3nm manufacturing process. It will be coming with one Cortex-X5 prime core, three Cortex-X4 prime cores, and four Cortex-A720 performance cores—a step up from the Dimensity 9300’s configuration.
It is expected to come with advanced memory and AI processing technologies. The chipset is also expected to feature LPDDR5T RAM as well.
