Vivo has unveiled the highly awaited the Vivo X200 Ultra with a massive 6000mAh battery along with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, and the device features a 200MP Samsung HP9 periscope telephoto lens. The Vivo X200 Ultra features a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED curved screen along with a 1–120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 2160Hz PWM dimming, DC-like dimming, Armor Glass protection, and the screen covers 93.3% as well. The Vivo X200 Ultra has the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB using UFS 4.1. It runs OriginOS 5 based on Android 15.
It also with two dedicated imaging chips—VS1 for pre-processing and V3+ for post-processing image. The back has a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor (both Sony LYT-818), and a 200MP Samsung HP9 periscope telephoto lens (85mm) with Zeiss APO design, 3.7x optical zoom, OIS, and Zeiss T* coating. It houses a 6000mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging, 40W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging. Vivo uses a single-cell lithium-ion battery design. The Vivo X200 Ultra has an in-display 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and supports facial recognition. It also includes stereo speakers as well.
Regarding the connectivity options, the device features USB Type-C, an infrared sensor, USB 3.2 Gen1, dual 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and full satellite navigation support including GPS, Beidou, Galileo, GLONASS, QZSS, and NavIC. The 16GB + 1TB version also supports Beidou satellite messaging through China Mobile. It is IP68 and IP69 rated for dust and water resistance.
In terms of pricing and availability, the device has a starting price of 6499 yuan and the accessory kits will be available in May.
