The upcoming Dimensity 9600s is said to be a rebranded version of the Dimensity 9500 built on TSMC’s N3P process, while the Pro and Pro Max variants are expected to come with the same chip based on the more advanced N2P process, with differences likely coming from their clock speeds or configurations.
It is also expected that the Dimensity 9600s is expected to be manufactured on the N2P node. While the tipster Smart Pikachu has reported that the Vivo X500 series will be launched with the Dimensity 9600 lineup, and the same is also expected to power the Oppo Find X10 series lineup.
