The South Korean electronics giant Samsung has officially introduced the world’s first 16″ 300Hz OLED for laptops, 7.6″ wide-viewing-angle OLED for phones, and 20″ stretchable display. So let’s get into the article to check out of the details of the new display panels of Samsung.
During the IMID 2026 International Information Display Conference in Busan, South Korea, the company has introduced a 16″ 2.5K OLED panel for laptops and the same can offer a 300Hz refresh rate.
The company has also showed a new 7.6″ wide-viewing-angle OLED and this can able to manage a common complaint with current foldable displays: the way brightness drops off at the curved edges of the hinge crease. It is using new organic light-emitting layer materials and some structural tweaks.

Samsung has also introduced a 20″ wide stretchable display and the company has made it by splicing two stretchable OLED panels together with advanced technology. It is also said to be the world’s largest stretchable display.
