The popular telecom operator Vodafone Idea has officially introduced the latest Vi Intelligence and the initiative is designed to drive artificial intelligence-led transformation across its internal operations along with consumer and enterprise clients across diverse industries.
At the core of the new initiative of Vodafone Idea is the Vi Intelligence Lab, and the same has been introduced in collaboration with PwC India. It will be functioning as an innovation engine dedicated to developing, incubating and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.
It is also announced that PwC India will setup a dedicated Centre of Excellence (CoE) team co-located with Vi in Mumbai. The lab is structured to serve as an innovation bridge connecting international AI leaders, emerging startups, academic and research ecosystems, and enterprise clients to address complex, real-world business challenges.
The company has also announced three primary pillars for Vi Intelligence Lab’s solution development including Agentic AI that will be developing autonomous systems capable of executing complex, multi-step workflows. Next up, Assistive AI and it will enhance human productivity and decision-making across enterprise operations. Finally, Sovereign & Responsible AI that will ensure compliance with data localisation, ethical standards, and robust security protocols.
