The year is coming to the end, and there’s no new smartphone launching this year. If we get leaks of any smartphone now onwards, it’s surely a 2018 smartphone. So today we are here with a new leak of Nokia 9, which was predicted to launch in 2017, but it never happened. USA’s authority for giving permission to electronic devices. FCC listed some specifications of the phone. So let’s have a look at them.
As you can see from the screenshot above, you will see that this phone is going to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor i.e. MSM8998. It will sport a 5.5” OLED display that’s manufactured by LG. There’s no information about the RAM but the internal storage is 128GB UFS 2.1 made by Samsung. It comes with 12MP+13MP Dual Rear Camera Setup and a 5MP front facing camera. This phone is packed with 3250mAh battery with fast charging support (18W = 5V at 2.5A, 9V at 2A, 12V at 1.5A). This listing also mentioned in-box accessories i.e. one pair of the earphone (1.5m long) and 1 USB cable (0.95m long). Also, the phone will run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. Seems like this is going to be the most premium phone HMD till now. It might become one of the most premium phones but they just missed the chance by giving Snapdragon 835 processor in it. That’s because Qualcomm has recently launched Snapdragon 845 processor, which means that the Snapdragon 835 is no longer the latest chipset of Qualcomm. Otherwise, the specs seem good enough.
