Last year, Vivo announced that it will launch the world’s first in-display fingerprint scanner Smartphone, and at the CES event which happened early in this month. The company presented a prototype of a smartphone, which will come with this technology. Well, now the company has announced the date for the official launching of the device and we don’t need to wait much as the device will be launch on January 24.
Interestingly, the company will sell the device and X20 Plus, this is really a confusing setup as the company already launched a device with the same name in the September 2017. I think the new device may be a variant of the original Vivo X20 Plus, there is no official word on the specifications.
However, going through the listing on TENAA the device will have 6.43 inch OLED display along with 2160 X 1080 pixel resolution. It is to be powered by Octa Core processor and clocked at 2.2 GHz, and the device will be paired with 4 GB RAM. The device will have 128 GB internal memory and can expand via microSD card.
The listing also says, that the device will have a dual camera setup at the rear with the combination of 12 megapixel and 5 megapixel and the device will also sport a 12 megapixel front facing camera. And the whole device will be backed on 3,800 mAh battery.
The listing gives an idea about the specification details, but we don’t know what Vivo is actually keeping for us. Anyways we have to wait only a few hours, to see the device in the reality. Stay tuned to us, we will update the latest happening with the device.
