A couple of months back, we updated that Google will bring the desktop support for the Android Messages. Well, now the company has officially announces the web support for the Android Messages along with the many new features.
Here are the new features
The search engine giant Google will roll out the support of web very soon and you can setup it on your PC by heading to the Settings menu of the app on your mobile, then tap on the “Messages for web,” then scan the QR code on the Messages web client on your PC to send and receive texts.
Apart from this, the developers of Android Messages brings a new ability to search and find GIF images to send to your near and dear ones by tapping on the “+” icon on the left side of the compose bar. The app also gets the Smart Reply feature, which will offer suggestions for the received messages and you can reply by simply tapping the suggested messages. The features will work similar like it was introduced for the first time in the Google Allo and recently in Gmail. Furthermore, the Android Messages will support for the inline preview of the links. Lastly, the app will allow users to save a password directly inside a text message with a tap.
