The popular mobile chipset maker MediaTek has officially revealed the launching date of its upcoming mobile processor called the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 and the same will be announced as soon as tomorrow. It is also reported that the chipset will arrive with a brand new Redmi smartphone.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 8100 will feature four Cortex-A78 cores and the same could peak at 2.85GHz together with four Cortex-A55 cores running at 2.0GHz.
It is worth mentioning that the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 8100 is built through TSMC’s 5nm manufacturing process with support for both LDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage.
Having said that, the upcoming mobile processor is also believed to debut with the upcoming smartphone of the popular Chinese smartphone brand Redmi.
