Xiaomi top most executive Lei Jun has officially teased that an upcoming Xiaomi 12 Ultra smartphone will be official with the power of the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile processor.
The executive did not reveal the exact name of the device but he said that the device will be official next month.
The upcoming Xiaomi 12 Ultra smartphone will have 512 GB of internal storage of the device will run on Android 12 out of the box.
It is also believed that the upcoming Xiaomi 12 Ultra will house a 4,800mAh battery with 67W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support. The smartphone will be Leica-engineered rear camera setup and that will include a 50-megapixel main camera, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 48-megapixel telephoto camera, a ToF lens, and a laser autofocus unit. The device is also expected to feature a 20-megapixel front camera.
