The Galaxy UNPACKED Event by Samsung is not so far now, so does the leaks as well. The leaks on Galaxy S20 series are on it’s full swing, as it should be. But apart from Galaxy S20 series, there’s one more smartphone expected to get unveiled. That is the second foldable smartphone from Samsung, the Galaxy Z Flip. This device is supposed to have clamshell foldable design, similar to Motorola RAZR 2019. Today we have a bunch of rumours on the specs of this Galaxy Z Flip, so let’s have a look into the same.
Starting off with the display itself, it will have Dynamic AMOLED panel protected with Ultra Thin Glass (UTG). This UTG is supposed to be more durable than the plastic Samsung used in Galaxy Fold. The tipster says that this display will have a crease at the folding point, so it would interesting to see will this crease affect the viewing experience or not? And that’s not all, this Galaxy Z Flip is also supposed to have another display at the back. It is sized at just 1 inch, so it will display notifications icons, time, date, battery percentage, and viewfinder for camera.
This Samsung Galaxy Z Flip will have Snapdragon 855+ chipset, instead of Snapdragon 855 which was previously rumoured. It will have dual 12MP cameras, one is regular and another is wide angle. The fingerprint sensor is side mounted here, probably on the power button itself. The maximum speed of wired charging will be 15W. The leakster confirmed wireless and reverse wireless charging, but not the output wattage.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. Even though there aren’t a lot of weeks left for the launch, these are just rumours and not so valid as well. That’s why we may see some changes at the event. So what are your thoughts on this Samsung Galaxy Z Flip? Let us know in the comment section below. Also stay tuned with us for more information.
