Acer Enters into TWS Segment with Stereo Buds in India

Acer is a well-known computer manufacturing company and now they have entered into the TWS market with Stereo Buds series starting at Rs. 2,999. A total of three TWS models were launched and these are Acer GAHR010 and GAHR011 which are entry-level TWS earphones and Gateway True Wireless GAHR012 is priced slightly higher with additional features.

Acer True Wireless Stereo Earbuds GAHR010 and GAHR011

Beginning with the cheaper alternatives, the Acer True Wireless Stereo earbuds GAHR010 and GAHR011 feature a non-stem design and are identical in many ways. Both features touch controls to manage voice assistant, music playback and attend calls. When it comes to connectivity, both support Bluetooth 5.1 and HFP/ A2DP/ AVRCP profiles. The audio is channelled via 8mm drivers.

Speaking of battery life, the earbuds will last up to 4 hours on a single charge meanwhile the charging case supports USB-C charging. Besides, the buds can be brought back from 0 to 100% in just 90 minutes. The only noticeable difference between GAHR010 and GAHR011 is that GAHR011 comes with battery indicator lights on the charging case which GAHR010 lacks. In addition, the GAHR011 ships with both USB Type-A and Type-C cables inside the pack. However, both feature a digital display inside the case.

Both Acer True Wireless Stereo earbuds GAHR010 and GAHR011 are priced at Rs 2,999 but will be available for a discounted price of Rs 2,499 for a short period of time. Both models will be sold on Flipkart, Amazon and Acer India Website. It will be available in just black colour.

Acer Gateway True Wireless Earbuds (GAHR012)

The more expensive Gateway model features a stem design and like its cheaper peers packs touch controls as well. It features fast pair thus connects in a jiffy to the smartphone when the case is opened. The battery indicator helps you take note of the charge left. The connectivity offered is Bluetooth 5,0 and the case supports USB-C charging.

The 9mm drivers direct the music and the earbuds can last up to 4 hours on a single charge and can be topped up to 100% in an hour and a half. It comes with  IPX4 water resistance and touch controls. The pair of earbuds support frequency response range of 20Hz to 20,000Hz. The Acer Gateway True Wireless earbuds (GAHR012) will be available at a price of Rs. 3,499 and will be available in White colour on both Flipkart and Amazon.
