5G is the next-generation connectivity and India is waiting to experience the new innovation. The Government of India is yet to allot the 5G spectrum to the telecom operators of the country but the trials are started and Airtel was the first network to test 5G connectivity in the country a couple of months ago and that was in Hyderabad. Well, now the test of the 5G connectivity is in the Cyber City of Gurugram and the live video of the test shows incredible results.
Airtel is operating at the 3,500MHz band and it is worth mentioning that the Department of Telecom (DoT) has allowed the telecom compares of the country to use 700MHz, 3,500MHz, and 26,000MHz bands.
Speaking about the performance of the Airtel 5G connectivity, a video appeared on the microblogging website Twitter which shows the test in live and that shows that the download speed and touches over 1Gbps, and the upload speed is around 100Mbps.
