Airtel the largest mobile network of the country, comes with a new offer to defend the Jio storm. The network offers free 4G data for a full year to new users who switch to the Airtel 4G.
Airtel has announced free 3 GB 4G data every month for one year to the users who is not in the network, which means those who switch to Airtel network will get free 4G data for one year. The existing Airtel users can also avail this offer by upgrading to a new 4G smartphone. The new offer will be available from January 4th and will be valid till December 31st 2017. But the offer will close on 28th February 2017, which means to avail this offer you have to switch before 28th of February. And the offer will be available for both prepaid and post-paid users.
For Prepaid users, you can recharge with ₹345 (pricing may vary depending on the circle). And get 4 GB free 4G data which includes 1 GB regular pack benefit and 3 GB of free 4G data can be claimed through MyAirtel app. Moreover, the pack also offers free local and STD calls to any network and the pack is valid upto 28 days. And users can avail this offer for a maximum of 13 recharges till 31st December.
For Post-paid users, Airtel post-paid users will get 3 GB free 4G data per month with MyPlan Infinity plans. The 3 GB data is an additional benefit to regular infinity plans, which means with the ₹549 infinity plan you will get 6 GB free 4G data (3 GB regular data + 3 GB free data). The additional free data can be claimed through MyAirtel app. Moreover, the pack also offers free local and STD calls to any network and roaming calls, free SMS, and free subscription to Wynk Music and Wynk Movies.
