Airtel announced its move to join hands with Google to expand its service and user base in India. After this deal, Airtel can provide Google G-suite to SMBs (Small and Medium Businesses) in India. Amid the furious market competition, Airtel was trying out all the possible paths to find and retain their users with diversified offers and plans. Similarly, for Google also this partnership would be a chance to build a ground to establish their cloud market in India.
This new partnership with Google Cloud service can benefit the corporate subscribers of Airtel. Also, the users get other Google’s cloud applications such as Gmail, G-docs, G-drive, G-drive, G-cloud, etc. This gives a competitive advantage for both parties to widen their consumer base.
The Chief Executive of Google cloud commented on this new partnership that “The combination of G Suite’s collaboration and productivity tools with Airtel’s digital business offerings will help accelerate digital innovations for thousands of Indian businesses,”
Google provides three sets of service that includes basic, Enterprise and business solutions. Those who are already a corporate user of Airtel can start using G-suit and the new users can buy plans that start from ₹299 ₹399 ₹499 ₹1599/month. Further, Airtel is providing a lot of other features for the corporate users along with the new productivity toolset from Google.
