Airtel, the very popular telecom operator of the company has unveiled its new digital entertainment ecosystem called Airtel Xstream and it is actually a rebranded platform of its Airtel TV. The all new Airtel digital system is coming with all the features to give a competition with the Jio Fiber as it comes with Jio set top box for OTT app access and more.

Airtel Xstream Box
The box will support Satellite TV as well as OTT, which means you can enjoy any type of content on your TV. It is powered by the latest version of Android i.e. Android 9.0 and it will allow you to choose from 500 TV channels along with the pre-installed on-demand video apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and Airtel store. You guys can connect the box via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and it also has an in-built Chromecast support.
It also comes with a universal remote which features the Google Assistant and this will allow users to carry the command with voice and the remote also has some hot keys for the on-demand video applications. Buyers of the Airtel Xstream Box will also get a complimentary one year subscription to all the application of the Airtel Xstrem along with the one month of free subscription to the HD DTH pack.
Speaking about the pricing and availability, the box is priced at ₹3,999 but the existing Airtel Digital TV users can get the box for ₹2249 and it will available via Flipkart, Airtel stores, Croma, and Vijay Sales.
Airtel Xstream Stick
As the name suggests, it can be plug and play on any television and the device has built-in Chromecast support. It is powered by 1.6 GHz processor and comes with voice enabled services, it also supports Bluetooth 4.2 for the connectivity. It is based on Android 8.0 and offers a single subscription plan to get access on all the digital entertainment with over 10,000 movies and shows from the popular OTT content providers.
Airtel Thanks Platinum and Gold users will get complimentary access to the contents and the regular customers will get a month free access to the contents for the thirty days and users need to subscribe to an annual package worth ₹999 to enjoy the contents.
