The leading telecom operator of India, Airtel has officially launched its latest Airtel Xstream AirFiber 5G FWA (Fixed-Wireless Access) service in the country. Airtel is offering the new service in Delhi and Mumbai Circles at the moment but we believe that the company will be expanding the service in other parts of the country very soon.

Airtel has introduced the new service in Delhi and Mumbai and the company will be offering the service with the FWA device which is having a tower-like design and the device is offering plug-and-play functionality. The device is supporting WiFi 6 devices, which means you will get high speed connectivity. It is also capable to offer high-speed internet in fibre-dark areas and it is also capable to help boost last-mile connectivity in both urban and rural regions of the country.
FWA service of Airtel will enable you to enjoy high-speed internet connection without using wires like optical cables and copper lines but you need to install the FWA device at your place and the same will be connecting to an antenna that will communicate with the nearest cell tower or base station. Moreover, the latest Airtel Xstream AirFiber will enable you to connect up to 64 devices at the same time which means you can connect your different types of devices with the new Airtel product and enjoy the internet simultaneously.
It is worth mentioning that the network is currently offering only a single 100Mbps plan but we can expect to get more plans in the near future. The pricing of the plan is set at Rs 799 per month but you will be getting a discounted price for the six-month plan at Rs 4,435.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the device is available with a price tag of Rs 2,500 security deposit which is refundable and the 5G FWA device of Airtel will be available via Airtel stores in Delhi and Mumbai.
