The latest update is coming with the solution for some serious problems of the Android 14 Beta 1. The stable version of the operating system will be released in the third quarter of this year.
The newly released Android 14 beta 1.1 is coming with the solution for the problem where the system UI crash when trying to access the Wallpaper & Style screen either through the Settings app or by long-pressing from the home screen. It is also fixing the problems that prevented fingerprint unlock and it is also fixing the problem with the status bar did not display the mobile network.
Fixed an issue that prevented a SIM card or eSIM from being detected or activated in some case in the latest update along with a fix for the lock screen issue where the operating system displayed a message with an unresolved string placeholder when Smart Lock was enabled.
