The search engine giant Google is around the corner to launch the new Android 14 operating system is expected to be announced by the end of this month or in the early days of next month. The latest beta version of the upcoming Android 14 operating system is coming with minor updates but it is confirmed that the company has done the last minute of finishing work as well.
Speaking about the availability, the latest update of Android 14 beta 5.1 is available for the devices including the Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5 series, Pixel 6 series, Pixel 7 series, Pixel Fold, and Pixel Tablet and the update is available via OTA.
The update has fixed the problem with the system which stops detecting a SIM card if Fixed Dialing Number (FDN) features were enabled and the update has also fixed the connectivity interruptions for devices with carriers using 5G standalone (SA) mode.
It is also solving the problem with the few devices where a blank home screen showing after unlocking the device and fixing a performance issue by temporarily disabling feather-styled live wallpaper on Pixel Fold.
