The evidence for the upcoming feature was spotted and it is said that the company is adding a “DeviceAsWebcam” service in the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) repository.
Using an Android phone as a webcam became really popular during the pandemic, but you've typically had to install a third-party app to do so. You may not have to do this in the future, though, as Google is adding support for turning Android devices into USB webcams!
We know that Google is currently working on Android 14 which will be rolled the later this year in a stable version but the beta version of the upcoming mobile operating system of Google will be rolled out next month.
