Right now Google’s upcoming Pixel 4 series is on top in terms of leaks. We are getting so many leaks of Pixel 4 and this doesn’t seems to stop as of now. In fact, when we get to know the launch date, the number of leaks will increase. Just yesterday we got a leaked hands-on video on Pixel 4 XL and now today we got another hands-on, but this time it’s in written format.
Interestingly both leaks came from different sources but from same country, Vietnam. Seems like many in Vietnam already got Pixel 4 XL. Starting with display, it will sport a 6.23 inch AMOLED display with Quad HD+ (3040×1440) resolution and 540 pixel density (ppi). It’s a 90hz display which Google named as Smooth Display, which will interchange frame rates to 90hz and 60hz depending on the current usage. It comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 (not the Plus) octa cote processor with Adreno 640GPU. This particular model has 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage, so Google finally decided to jump to 6GB RAM segment.
Talking about the camera, it will have a triple camera setup. The regular and wide angle sensors are 12MP sensos, whereas the resolution of telephoto lens is still unknown. The front camera is an 8MP shooter. Now here comes one of the biggest disappointment from Pixel 4 XL as it’s still stucked on 40k at 30fps. I know that even budget flagships are getting 60fps on 4k video, don’t know why Google restricted this basic feature even in 2019.
It packs in a 3700mAh battery with no information on fast charging. There’s no sign of fingerprint sensor and seeing the number of sensors present for the face unlocking, Google might ditch fingerprint sensor from Pixel 4 XL. In this variant, there’s one micro SIM slot and other and another one is eSIM card. We can also see Android 10 features like Android EQ and Screen Attention seeker.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. What are your expectations from Pixel 4 series? Let us know in the comment section below. Also, stay tuned with us for more information.
