It is said that the charges of BIS certification is a good amount to certify products including application fee is Rs 1,000 while the processing fee is Rs 25,000 (includes one test report), every extra test report will cost Rs 10,000, and the annual registration fee is Rs 1,000.
So the total amount is Rs 28,000 + tax per registration, and it is valid for 2 years. Renewal costs the same again, and lab testing charges are on top of this.
