Both of them were available on Macbooks but today Apple has officially announced that the same will be available on iPads as well. The company will start offering the same for iPads from May 23. It is officially announced that the Final Cut Pro application will be compatible with all iPad devices powered by the M1 or M2 chipsets, and Logic Pro will be supported on all iPad powered by the A12 Bionic or later chipsets. It is also revealed that both applications will be available with a monthly or a yearly subscription and Apple will be offering one month of free trial. Speaking about the pricing in India, the monthly subscription is priced at Rs. 499 for each software, and the yearly subscription will be available with a price tag of Rs. 4,999 for each.
The Final Cut Pro software will enable iPad users to use a feature dubbed Live Drawing and the same will enable to draw and write immediately on top of the video footage being edited using the Apple Pencil. It is also said that the iPad Pro with an M2 processor will enable you to employ the hover feature of the Apple Pencil as well.
While the Logic Pro for iPad will bring features including multi-touch gestures to operate software instruments and navigate its controllers. This particular software is meant for musicians and the software is also having a new sound library that uses “dynamic filtering” to assist users in discovering various types of sounds, including alternatives for instrument patches, audio patches, plug-in presets, samples, and loops.
