Apple is near to acquire Shazam, Will it affect Android users?

The Cupertino-based company is planning to acquire Shazam, the bid is about $400 million says a trusted source.

For all the unknown, Shazam is an app by British App development company which is capable of recognizing Music, Movies, and even Television advertisements only with a sample played by the user. These kinds are app are rare in the App Markets. Only expertise technical support team could able to step into this kind of App genre.

Now Apple is planning to acquire Shazam and report suggest that Apple is nearing the deal. Other trusted report suggest that Apple buy Shazam for about $400million. Shazam has already more than 100 million monthly users and makes the best pair of Apple’s iTunes Store with commissions paid on referrals.

If the deal ends in Success, then Apple Music service would gain some profit points with the integration of Shazam.This will also lead to improvement in Apple’s future Homepod Smart Speaker which the integration of Shazam could make the best pair of Music tool.

Some of the companies which have been acquired by Apple is no longer standing on its own only a few exist. If this deal stands on the line, it is unclear that Shazam will stay in Play store for Android users.If Apple removes it from Playstore then it would be a big loss for Android users to make use of Shazam on their devices.
