Apple has officially released the new version of its operating systems including iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 to the public. The new versions of the operating system feature many changes and without making any further lets check it out.
The latest update brings Visual Intelligence support for adding new events to the Calendar application directly from posters or flyers and it will be capable of identifying more plants and animals.
Apple is also removing Apple Intelligence Notification summaries for news and entertainment apps in the latest update and the company says that you can be able to opt in to receive these again in the future if you want to experience the feature.
The company will be showing all summaries made by Apple Intelligence italicized and Settings for Notification summaries can be managed from the Lock Screen. The calculator applications repeats the last mathematical operation when you smashing the equals sign again, the problem of the keyboard disappearing problem when initiating a typed Siri request has been fixed. The problem of audio playback continues until the song ends even after you close Apple Music is also fixed.
Apple is also enabling Apple Intelligence automatically in the latest update and the AI features have become opt-out. Moreover, it is also said that iOS 18.3 also supports Starlink’s direct-to-cell service on T-Mobile and the service is available only in the US.
You guys will be getting the update via OTA and if you didn’t find the notifications then check for the same manually by opening the settings app of the device.
