Apple Intelligence is now supporting Indian languages and the same are now also available on MacBooks and iPads with M-Series chips with the latest macOS 15.4 and iPad OS 18.4 updates, respectively.
iOS 18.4 update, you can be able to enable Apple Intelligence features in Indian languages by visiting Settings > Apple Intelligence and Siri > Enable Apple Intelligence > Language. The features are currently available in English (India), Hindi, and English+Hindi or Hinglish.
