Customers who seek help on the social media platforms of Apple are going to be disappointed very soon as today we got a new piece of information which is suggesting that the company is planning to stop customer support on social media platforms such as X and YouTube.
It is reported that Apple is planning to stop all human replies to customer direct messages on the @AppleSupport Twitter or X account starting October 1, 2023. The company will be offering an automated reply with information on how to contact Apple for assistance.
The report is also suggesting that the company will be stopping technical help in the comments sections of YouTube videos on its support channel as well.
