Audio-Technica has officially introduced its new earphones dubbed the Audio-Technica ATH-M50xSTS and ATH-M50xSTS-USB and the same are claimed to be the world’s fastest streaming earphones as the devices are designed for steaming content creators.
The newly announced Audio-Technica headphones are coming with icorporated technology from the 20 series microphones to deliver full-spectrum audio quality output. The ATH-M50xSTS streaming headset is featuring 45mm large-aperture drivers and the output of the device also incorporates deep bass response. Having said that, both models are featuring a cardioid condenser capsule and the same is located on the flexible arm and it will offer better positioning even with head movement.
It is also coming with two sets of distinct earpads and the M50x earpads is capable to offer a quality audio output with sound isolation as well as mesh and leatherette earpads high on comfort and breathability. It is also featuring a built-in microphone on the headsets and the same can be muted quickly by flipping the boom arm into the up position. The ATH-M50xSTS also features a 2m permanently attached cable with a 3.5mm headphone input and XLR microphone output.
The ATH-M50xSTS-USB offers a 2m permanently attached cable with USB-A and USB-C connections. The device is also featuring an A/D converter with up to 24-bit/ 96kHz sampling rate and sidetone circuitry. It will enable you to control volume by using a dial on the earcup of the headphones.
The Audio-Technica ATH-Mr50xSTS has a price tag of $199 while the ATH-M50xSTS-USB is priced at $220. The devices will be available in the United States.
