The newly announced B by Lenskart smart glasses weigh around 45g, and the device supports prescription lenses from -6 to +6. Unfortunately, I will miss out it as my eyes require more power than this.
It has the power of the Qualcomm Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 processor along with 32GB internal storage. The device also supports Bluetooth 5.3 and works with devices running iOS 18 and above or Android 12 and above. The device also supports touch controls and voice commands, including a wake phrase for the built-in assistant powered by Google Gemini.
The device comes with a 12 megapixel Sony camera with a 16mm ultra-wide lens and the same can capture photos at up to 4032 x 3024 resolution along with the capability of recording videos at 1080p in landscape and 1440 x 1920 in portrait at 30fps. The device supports dual directional speakers, while a three-microphone setup supports calls and voice inputs.
It comes with up to 4 hours on a single charge but with the charging case, the device will offer up to 48 hours. It also supports fast charging as well.
The B by Lenskart smart glasses are priced at Rs 22,000 as an early access offer. It is available in Black and Silver colour options. It is currently available for waitlist registrations, indicating a phased rollout.
