Samsung to announce Bixby –powered Smartspeaker in 2018 which directly competes with Smartspeaker Giants like Google Home, Amazon Echo and Homepod by Apple ( upcoming Smartspeaker from Apple).
The Smartspeaker Era has begun with Giants like Google and Amazon have already scored a lot with Home and Echo devices. Apple is also working on Homepod, a Smartspeaker with better functionality. Samsung has recently launched Bixby, which works similar to other personal Assistants like Google Assistant, Amazon’s Alexa and Apple Siri.
As of now, the Bixby powered Smartspeaker will have a good shell covering the Speaker and holds some functional keys or LED’s on top. This Smartspeaker will not have a Display with it.The main thing is Bixy is not as familiar as Google Assistant or Alexa but Samsung is trying hard to keep it in the list.
As far as now it is not confirmed by the company but if the Smartspeaker is launched then it will hit the market at a price tag around $200. Let’s see what Samsung brings in 2018. Will it survive in the market? Comment below.
