The boAt SmartRing Active Plus comes with a stainless steel body and weighs only 4.7 grams. The device is available in multiple sizes including 7 to 12. The device comes with various sensors that enable automatic tracking of key health metrics including heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), SpO2, stress levels, sleep patterns, and skin temperature.
It will display real-time skin temperature readings and the device will offer alerts about your sudden changes. The device supports the Boat Crest app, and the same will enable you to log your fitness data, participate in challenges, and monitor health trends over time.
The device also comes with multiple sports mode tracking and a remote camera control function called “Shake & Take.” The boAt SmartRing Active Plus is rated 5ATM for water resistance and the device connects via Bluetooth 5.0.
