Google has updated the Autofill function of Browsers in upcoming Android P.
In general, you’ll have to manually select the Autofill service while using browsers. Instead of setting this manually, Android P makes this service by default. For past two days, we have been getting a huge bag full of news related to upcoming Android P. This Autofill service is made the default in Android O. This autofill automatically retrieves password, credit card information and other related details.
The supported browsers are Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Samsung Internet and lots more. The browsers use custom renders which prevents autofill service in Dashline and other information. At that time, we should enable the service to fill those details. But in the upcoming Android version, the autofill settings is enabled by defaults for the before said browsers.
On the other side, Dashline may take advantage of this default enabled service. Until Google confirms, we are unable to fix the exact description of how this feature works. Let’s wait for further news about Android P.
