Let’s start with the vanilla variant of the Galaxy S20 series, the upcoming Galaxy S20 will have the triple rear camera setup and that’s in the combination of the 12MP IMX555 primary sensor with 1.8µm followed by 64MP S5KGW with zoom technology and 12MP S5K2LA ultra-wide lens. The smartphone will also support a 10MP IMX375 front-facing camera with 1.22µm pixels and Dual Pixel AF.
Now coming to the Plus variant, this already leaked recently and the same is similar to the vanilla variant but featuring an additional IMX516 3D ToF sensor on the board. It also supports a 10MP IMX375 front-facing camera with 1.22µm pixels and Dual Pixel AF.
Finally, the Galaxy S20 Ultra will accommodate 108MP S5KHM1 primary camera alongside a 44MP ISOCELL Slim sensor, 1/2.65” with 0.7µm pixels and a Tetra cell filter for ultra-wide shots, a 48MP Quad Bayer sensor, 1/2” with 0.8µm pixels, and IMX518 3D ToF sensor on the board. It also supports a 10MP IMX375 front-facing camera with 1.22µm pixels and Dual Pixel AF.
