The very popular mobile operating system Android requires certain requirements and today Google has announced the new demand for the operating system. So without making any further delay let’s get into the article to check out the details.
With the latest Android 15 operating system, Google requires at least 32GB of storage for smartphones that want to have its suite of apps and services preinstalled and it is worth mentioning that at least 75% of the storage size has to be dedicated to the data partition.
The previous limit for the operating system was 16GB, and talking about RAM, devices with 2GB and 3GB of RAM must use Android Go Edition, and devices with 4GB of RAM be able to get GMS and run full Android 15. However, the next generation Android 16 requires minimum 6 GB of RAM for the full version of the Android 16 operating system.
