During the Developer Conference, the Vice President of product management of Google, Sameer Samat has revealed that the Android mobile operating system is now running on 3 billion active devices and that is the new milestone of the operating system.
It is also said that the estimate is taken from the Google Play store records and that means we can expect even more devices because there are many smartphones which are not coming with the Google Play Store for example the devices of the Chinese telecommunication giant Huawei smartphones, Amazon Fire devices, etc.
