According to the latest information, the South Korean electronics giant Samsung might be planning to use blue PHOLED in the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold/Flip 7 and the same will be available by the second half of 2025.
It is worth mentioning that the red and green OLED components are currently available in displays that utilize phosphorescent materials with a 100% internal luminous efficiency, while blue OLEDs use less efficient fluorescent materials with only 25% efficiency.
