Dedicated Button For Google Assistant Will Rock On More Devices

A dedicated button for the Google Assistant is regular stuff on the South Korean electronics giant LG Smartphones from some time, and it is really handy because you can able to wake up your digital assistant instantly with a press on the dedicated button. Well, now you will see more devices to bring a dedicated button for the Google Assistant soon.

The Mountain View company Google has announced that more Android smartphones will get the dedicated button for the Google Assistant this year, the company revealed that it has joined its hand with the smartphone brand to bring the dedicated button to trigger the Google Assistant.

The announcement came at the MWC 2019 event which is happening in Barcelona, the company also confirmed that a few devices from Xiaomi, Vivo, and TCL will also bring the dedicated button for the virtual assistant. Having said that, the new devices like LG G8 ThinQ, LG K40, and Nokia 3.2 devices which launched in this year has the button for the assistant.

Well, this is really welcome news for the users as well as Google. From users point of view, we will get the dedicated button to access Google Assistant instantly for our various kinds of needs. From the point of Google, the company now and gets an upper hand because Samsung devices have the dedicated button for its own virtual assistant called Bixby and with the button for Google Assistant on more Android Smartphones will definitely give Google an upper hand.
