MediaTek has officially announced that the upcoming Dimensity 9600 Pro processor will be launched on September 15. The company is saying that the processor will be coming with improvements in both hardware and software.
The processor is believed to come with TSMC’s second-generation 2nm N2P process and the company is teasing AI-assisted GPU rendering, an upgraded StarSpeed Engine and hardware-accelerated ray tracing. The processor is confirmed to support 4K slow-motion footage at 240fps and additional tools aimed at content creators.
