The innovations on smartphones are really awesome, when we saw the first smartphone we never imagined that it can be developed and innovative in such a way which we are seeing or holding in our hands. Early in this month, we saw that Vivo made the world’s first in-display fingerprint sensor device. Now we getting a new report, which suggests that the South Korean electronics giant Samsung is working on in-displays selfie camera and it can be seen on the future Samsung devices.

According to the latest patent filing by Samsung at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the filing tells us that the company wants to avoid notching at the top of the device for a camera. And for that, they are choosing in-display technology for the front-facing camera for the future Samsung devices.
Going through the patent, we can see that the smartphone features an almost 100% screen-to-body ratio. Right now, there’s no much information about the working procedure as well as the timeline of the device which will feature this technology. I hope that the company will able to make it in the near future, and hope this technology should carry forward by other Smartphone manufacturers.
